Just like when running a business, its imperative to do some research to know what blog readers actually want out of the blogs they read.

We’ve developed a small but interesting audience on this blog so far and it would be nice to have some feedback from the readers about some of the challenges they face as SME owners. From there we will be able to build the content to be suitable for that target audience.
